The Return to Wildcats Fall/Winter Development Program is designed to identify, develop, and prepare athletes for future Wildcats Spring Team opportunities. Through consistent training and ongoing player development, participants will receive the coaching, instruction, and evaluation necessary to progress within the Wildcats program.
Players interested in joining the Return to Wildcats Program must attend the annual evaluation process held between mid-September and early October. These sessions are designed to assess each player's skill level, commitment, and readiness to participate in the Wildcats development pathway. Selection is based on the evaluation process and is intended to ensure players are placed in an environment that best supports their development.
Participation in the Return to Wildcats Program is required for all players who wish to be considered for a Wildcats Spring Team. The program provides athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills throughout the fall and winter while allowing coaches to monitor player growth and readiness for spring competition.
